定量抗体芯片利用多重夹心ELISA法的原理同时进行多个指标定量检测，它结合了ELISA法的特异性和定量原理，以及芯片的高通量的优势，实现少量样本多因子的有效检测。
玻片平面型定量芯片应用特点：
1.高通量检测可检测高达400种蛋白因子；
2.每张芯片有16个分区，可选8个制作标准曲线；
3.芯片灵活设置，可根据客户需要进行芯片定制；
4.灵敏度高，可达pg/ml；
5.每个指标芯片上设置4个重复，保证准确性；
6.应用范围广，有人、小鼠、大鼠、猪的对应指标；
7.适用于几乎所有液质生物样品或裂解液 。
